We researched everything, the freshness of chicken fillets and tenders, how long to marinate them, the perfect dry dredge, and even the exact frying time and temperature that delivers that loud, crunchy bite every single time.

Every item on our menu is fresh, never frozen, and cooked to order. Because great food should be made for you, not reheated from earlier.

Buffalo — The Happy Kitchen Accident

Buffalo Rage began as a mistake — a chaotic kitchen moment where butter, heat, and tangy hot sauce collided.
The accident tasted too good to ignore.
So we kept perfecting it until it turned into what it is now:

Nashville — Heartbreak, Heat & Revenge

Nashville came from a late-night heartbreak session, where the goal was simple: create a sauce powerful enough to distract from the drama.
The result?

Dragon — Fire From the Grill

Dragon Kick was inspired by the bold flavours of Asian fire-grilled BBQ.
We spent nights experimenting with chilli pastes, smoke levels, and spice blends until we captured the perfect kick.

Thai — Bangkok in a Bottle

Thai Wave is our tribute to Bangkok’s unforgettable street food scene.
The sharp heat, the fresh herbs, the sweet-savoury balance — we wanted all of it in one dip.
After dozens of trials, we nailed it.

Mango Crush is sunshine in sauce form.
